Definitely female, and it sure looks like she was plugging something into a power strip. Although there is another plug visible in pic3 down by the waist, kinda like a wall outlet on a leash. Strange. I can't help but still wonder if it was accidental or on purpose.

Ahhhh yes, looks like there is also metal wire around her neck under those ear phone wires. Very interesting.
