I saw him on the news yesterday. And he did have a license, but didn't produce it when asked. The excuse he gave for being naked was that in his position it's a lot easier slipping inside people. Cops didn't buy that shit, though. So they arrested him still. But there's nothing in the report about his wearing manties. I think his brother have him his pair when the brother bailed his ass out. That's when he went on that killing spree. Fucking manties.
