Elderly Lady's Head Destroyed After Being Knocked Down by a Bus
On the afternoon of 4th December 2018 in Toluca, an 85 year old woman died (some articles say she's 65, some say 70!). D.J. had finished doing her shopping at the market. She crossed the road + was hit by a bus. Witnesses managed to get hold of the bus driver, 26 year old J.C.M., as he tried to flee the scene. When the police arrived, he was arrested. The road remained closed for over an hour whilst the body was removed.

Ouch  Interesting that her alleged age varies so wildly. Her head is mangled badly enough so it's very difficult to say how old she exactly was.

Given the undamaged skin we can see + her clothing, I'd reckon that she's the youngest age specified, I really doubt that she was in her 80s.

we don't know if the dvr was speeding, went off the road, drinking etc. It didn't say if the lady completed her journey across the road before she was hit. I didn't see a crosswalk either. Is the dvr entirely to blame? Either way, too bad for her.

Glad the driver was prevented from running away. Despise hit and run cases. It's bad but best confess.
