Since you can hardly ever post anything that hasn't already been posted before!!!!!so this time , it's not a re-post,since i took these pictures myself. STORY: my cousin (an architect) wanted to build a new monument for our family grave (private cemetary),so we had to tore down the old one,and take out the cadavers inside. So , naturally speaking, since i am a gore fanatic,i volontered for the job(that's after we waited for 3 months to get written pemission from the local authorities).I started, with the old ones: -Grandma(died in 1984) and her mom(died in 1953) -grandpa(died in 1982) and his uncle(died in 1937) but it wasn't fun and easy as i expected,so i stopped because i started to throw up and i was discusted (maybe coz i know two of them),and beleive me, i had my share with dead bodies during my medical studies(i'm a Rhumatologist),but this was something different. So i payed 2 morgue technicians from my hospital to get the job done. I didin't take pictures of the others ,coz i couldn't bare to watch anymore! |

You are a gore fanatic, but seeing bones made you throw up and you went through med school. If that is so, then it's because we don't know the people in these pics so we remain detached, but if we were to see loved one's like that it would affect us? Maybe. I don't know whether that would be the case with me or not. I went to a friends viewing and funeral this weekend just gone. When viewing her in her coffin I really wanted to pull the neckline of her clothing away to look at the autopsy stitches and to touch her to feel how her skin felt. I know how dead bodies feel, but I wanted to touch her anyway. I would really like to dig up some old bodies just to see what they really look and smell like. I find it amazing that old bones made you throw up, if I understand what you wrote. |

Nice work spinedoc, but if you would of added the pic's of your grandparents whom died in 84-86, they would of been of more interest on D/R, as they would of still had flesh on them, bones are not that gory, rotting flesh is, but top marks for origanality. lad |
