Beats me why the fuck he had an autopsy. Even I can see what killed him,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,allegedly, a loss of blood, - cardiogenic shock.

Then again, perhaps he was a cadaver????? Hope they were quick removing the spares.
