Drunken idiocy. 23yo girl lost her leg and the guy, well...he lost plenty more than that. Bike looks oddly intact, however.

When I was 16, I visited a friends house. Their son had been killed in an accident on a Honda 650. The only visible damage was a crack in one front turn signal lens. There wasn't a scratch anywhere else on the bike. I don't know what they finally did with it

He smashed his face into the rear of the vehicle. She flew over him, into the back window, breaking it. While she was breaking the glass, her leg got ripped hitting the metal support along the edge of the glass. To me, the bike looks twisted.
