This is my hypothesis: drunk off his ass, it hit the concrete line on the side of the road (rim bent) flipped over the bars hit his head on the road, staggered off and fell dead. (helmet was just for looks)

that damage in the front wheel rim somehow tells me it isnt the truck that killed him (if there's any truck involved at all). i've same similar damage when a friend went home drunk and his bike drove straight to a high gutter. He flew above and landed face down. died right there and then.
