37 yo man died while being hit by a vehicle on Wednesday afternoon.

According to a sister of the man he drank a lot and tried to cross the highway when he got hit by a car.

The victim's family was outraged by what happened but other witnesses said he chose to cross the road at own so could not blame the car driver.
According to the same sister he was also drunk this afternoon.

That's really cool. Thinking the yellow or orange on his chest is a form of bruise that you get when you die quickley. That cuts off the blood supply but liqids will gather in the area of the impact. This makes the skin a bit transparent. The yellow could be the subcutanieous fat that can now be seen.

Abrassions from the ground and, or car. Since he's dead, the blood doesn't rush back to the those parts, and it remains discolored.
