it’s in fact from cart narcs, i wouldn’t be familiar with the term otherwise. speaking of which these guys are arseholes some of the time, like placing a bumper sticker on someone parking in a near empty lot.. the cart narcing is fine, good even but otherwise they need to step off and fuck off  · |
