A nurse intern dump drowned after his new car to a sewage canal that is located on State Road Mante-Xicoténcatl

The nurse intern who provided services for a Social Security clinic in Ciudad Mante, was driving a Ford, type red party plates from Tamaulipas XGG-7135 and according to the police report the car was driven in the direction of south to north, towards speeding Xicoténcatl.
