The accident happened around 3:30pm on Friday 5th September when victim, who was on a moped, left the street and lost control of the vehicle and hit the wall of a house. The impact was so violent, that the wall fell down. He died instantly. It is believed that he had broken his neck, which will only be confirmed when the autopsy is completed.

At the time of the accident, another guy, 32, was on the back of the moped, but not seriously injured. Initially, he was helped by a ambulance, but when the team said it would take him to the hospital Trauma, he jumped off the stretcher and ran. Minutes later, the mother of the second guy arrived at the scene of the accident and said that her son was at home and a lot of pain due to injuries to the head and legs. The lady asked them to send an ambulance to help him and the ambulance answered the request with the guy being taken to the hospital for his injuries.

The woman told police that the deceased had arrived at her house with symptoms of drunkenness, calling her son to go to a bar. She said she asked the two leave on foot and leave the moped at his residence. They did't comply.
