125cc scoot plus a backride can go up to 80+kph.. but when you are in influence of alcohol you can make it up to 100+kph.. back in the day i ask my gym instructor what is the safest speed of a man can get so even if he bump his head or some parts of his body he would not die.. he replied to me.. 12kph is already lethal without protection..
