Drugs in His Pants
Bruno Rios aged 26 was found dead on a rural road on Friday 15th October. His head was wrapped in bags and he showed signs of a beating. He had drugs hidden down his trousers.

The huge tarpaulin suggests he was moved to this location after being killed elsewhere.
