Druggie Beat His Wife to Death + Cuddled Her Corpse
In Caruaru, on 16th August 2017, 29 year old Maria Érika Monteiro da Silva, was murdered by her 21 year old husband, Tiago Jonas Santos Silva, at their home. According to Tiago, he + Maria had spent the night drinking with his/her aunt. In the morning Tiago + Maria had a physical fight. At 4.30am, she was unconscious on a mattress. When the ambulance arrived, it was too late, Maria was dead. The aunt went to call her relatives. When they arrived at the property, they saw that the woman had been killed + called the Military Police. After the crime, he had the coldness of ' fixing ' his wife's body in bed, hugging the corpse + waiting for the police to arrive. When they arrived Tiago was arrested. Thankfully for Tiago that the police did come as he was likely to be lynched by the neighbours. The victim's sister, Débora Monteiro, said that Tiago forced Maria to get money to buy drugs for him + kept her prisoner so she could not report him to the police or relatives. A criminal expert stated that Maria was beaten to death + that her health was very weakened by the constant use of drugs. Although a search in the house was done, there were no drugs found.              |

They kept the house so nice... I'm envious of the memory foam mattress they have. Why do most of the Brazilians shown on here look like grown up Zika babies ? |

Was he "cuddling" the corpse because he was remorseful or because his drug-funding source was gone?
