I realize this is an older post, I believe it was originally posted by Chris, I think.
Anyhow the story was that she was dating a man who was in a mess of trouble with some drug dealers. The dealers threatened him to pay/ give them what the man (boyfriend) owed to him, or else. He obviously didn't and they took his girlfriend.
