Really I take any info with a grain of salt if I can't find it through independant research - and with dismemberment killings being so comon nowadays (especially in Mexico), it's damn hard to be sure if a story actually applies to this one...that said, if you can get me the name of the serial killer, I can most likely confirm in a heartbeat.
