Drug Users Found Shot With Hands Cut Off
The bodies of two young men were found with their hands amputated on Saturday 27th September in Pedro Juan Caballero, a Paraguayan city bordering with Brazil. The suspicion is that both are robbers and the victims were a 21yo Brazilian and a Paraguayan, aged 22.

According to Paraguayan National Police, the two were killed by gunshots (9mm caliber) in the head and their hands and fingers amputated. Both were found gagged on the outskirts of the Paraguayan city.

According to information, neighbours stated that around 23 hours, the duo were taken to the Santa Ana neighborhood, where they were tortured and then shot dead.

According to relatives, the deceased were drug users.

And that's what happens when you fuck with dealers. IMO the cutting of the hands signifies punishment for stealing product. Who knows though, any more information out there?
