Drug User Shot (Woman)
Early on Thursday, a woman was shot dead. According to the first information of the military police, the victim was a drug user and a alcoholic. The victim suffered a shot in the face, the top of the eye. MP found an improvised PVC pipe for crack use.  ·  ·  ·  · |
