Yes it is, and Rahm Emmanuel's presence isn't helping. My half-brother has lakefront property just outside the city, in a little suburb called Zion. He commutes to work in the city on a daily basis. It's not what it used to be back in the 90s. And to think it was rough then, it's only gone further down the gutter.

Several websites are saying that these 2 guys were shot 63 times with an AK-47 (that means atleast 3 magazine changes or more than 2 shooters) because they looked at a girl in a club. They don't indicate where it happened but the date is around July 2012 (if correct).
