Drowning Victim in Thailand

From what I can piece together this man was found by a fisherman. The body was believed to have been dead for 14 days. Very well preserved for the amount of time in the water. The police said victims identity was unknown but they claimed he was foreign to their country. The tattoo looks like USA to me but I suppose that it could mean a multitude of things.

Re: Drowning Victim in Thailand

To me, seems like the tattoo is something I can't make out, then "of U.S.A". Of course, like you said, it could mean a multitude of things and the writing above might not even be English.

Re: Drowning Victim in Thailand

Only one of his limbs decomposed / eaten, but not the other arms or legs. I wonder why.
