Driver Totally Demolished After Crashing With A Semi-Truck
On the last weekend, serious accident occurred, involving a GM Celta and a truck, left one person dead. It happened on US 364 in Mato Grosso (384 km from Cuiabá) towards the city of Tangara da Serra. According to information, the driver of the vehicle Celta, collided with a semi-truck(which was loaded with approx 25 tons of salt). The driver of the semi saw the vehicle heading straight toward him in the opposite lane, triggered the horn and headlights of the truck to try to alert the driver of Celta, but still could not avoid the collision. Upon impact, the Celta was completely crushed and the driver died instantly. He was married and had a son. The causes of the accident are being investigated.  ·  ·  ·  ·  · |

The car looks like it has already been through the recycler/crusher. Good driving job on the trucker's part for keeping his rig under control, upright and an emergency stop.
