Drenica Massacres, Kosovo 1998: Serbian Police Attack on Albanian Villages
In 1998, Serbian special police conducted multiple operations against Albanian villages across Kosovo's Drenica region. Targets included Likoshan and Cirez near the close of February, the Jashari compound in Prekaz during early March, and Gornje Obrinje in September. Human Rights Watch documented scores of civilians killed during these operations, with women and children among them. scum of the fucking earth to commit these crimes ...this is man at his worst..although to call those that did this men is an insult to mankind....can only hope that those responsible will suffer for their crimes..their actions will haunt them has they become older ..to live with such horror can be harder than they probably thought at the time.
