Some folks aren't strong enough to break a tempered glass window. So, in trying to be prepared for myself partially-weakened due to injury -or- having less striking force due to being underwater, I carry a spring-loaded center punch with me wherever I go. Just press the tip against the glass and keep pushing until it "pops". That's what a lot of carjackers use to quickly break side windows; it works like a charm. |
