was it really necessary to take their clothes off in the street like that? wonder what the point of that was. surely they could have been loaded into an ambulance and had the pictures taken at the morgue, right? |

What kind of investigation calls for disrobing the bodies on the street? Most of that could have been handled in the morgue.
