The Civil Police initiated the investigation of a double homicide which occurred late on Monday 2nd June in the neighborhood of Vila Fatima in Serrinha (Brazil).

Preliminary information indicates that the two men were shot dead by four men on two motorcycles - aka two sets of two men on a motorbike - with *unknown characteristics*.



One of the victims was 32 and was shot five times, three in the head and two in the abdomen.

The other victim, 30, was killed with three shots to the head, two in the abdomen, one in the back and another in the left arm.

According to information gathered at the site, the two men were in front of a residence located at Rua São João, when they were *surprised* by the criminals who appeared with guns blazing. The 32yo died on the spot and the 30yo managed to run for about 100 meters but the naughty men on the motorbikes caught up with him and finished him off.

The motivation for the double murder is unknown, but police believe the two were deliberate targets.
