Double Death On Double Bed
You can see the legs of the enormous tripod used to make this photo. He probably killed her in her sleep and then killed himself. I think she was shot but there is no weapon in sight. He has blood on his right hand and I think on his right temple. I think his head was moved and was originally resting on the pillow. |

Re: Double Death On Double Bed
I've seen them two Sada. Not sure if they did it off a ladder or not. What I have seen done is raise the tripod as high as it will go focus and load. Then take step ladder away and shoot. Keep in mind they would have shot this at several F stops. Fish eye lens and other devises eliminated this practice.

Re: Double Death On Double Bed
Sady you have a good eye. Best camera at the time was a queen graphic $10,000. Lens filters but no lens enlargement. They were made to make as exact a picture as it was seen so lenses were not changed just focused. They used a 4x5 negative. You could enlarge and enlarge with out grain. Marvelous camera's. LE settled on a 2.25 format in late 70 early 80's.
