Im thinking instead of a driver ejection, I think the vehicle hit a pedestrian and the pedestrians brain ended up inside the car... Makes more sense to me...
That's exactly it. Look at the minimal damage on the front of the car and the inward damage to the windshield. This was definitely a pedestrian hit and head/face went through the windshield.
