Blows my mind that the top of his skull and his brain are sitting in the car but the rest of him is on the street. How the hell did that happen? It's like his head blew its top before the wreck and THEN he went flying out the window....  |

Im thinking instead of a driver ejection, I think the vehicle hit a pedestrian and the pedestrians brain ended up inside the car... Makes more sense to me...
