Well, hitting the car roof head first at 80+ mph is not very good for your brain and skull. Makes perfect sense to me. I can imagine him being sent through the windshield, leaving his brain in the car, flying through the air, doing a "backflip" and lading like shown  |

I dont think he was in the car. i think he was hit by the car. thers no way that car is only damaged that much to send him out the window like that. I think he got hit and went head first into the windshield leaving his brain and scull behind.

In my state it is a secondary offense, can only be charged if pulled over for another violation, not to wear a seatbelt while driving, but motorcyclist don't have to wear helmets.
