OK.....Why the hell is the seat laying out in the open with a dude under it? Are we suppose to assume the seat tore free and was ejected from the vehicle, and landed on him? We need an accident reconstruction here guys......

Yeah, for once it was a good outcome, usually the damned drunk walks away fine and some innocent, sober people wind up dead
