Her entire face is so swollen up. But no broken skin on her face! I see a little bruising on her right side, cheek.
What did he use?
Did he punch her with his fist one or 2 times and then strangle her? Her hair isn’t even a mess, like you’d think of one struggles in a life/death situ, with someone.

But then there is all that blood and fluid staining on the sheets and pillows. But her dress looks...clean. And she has lipstick on.

So did they do some cleaning of her, dressed her, did her hair and lipstick, maybe makeup on face...?
