Wouldn't be surprised if the cause of death came back as Covid-19. Read about a women who knew 2 people that died in a car accident. Cause of death was not noted as them dying from the accident, but from Covid-19

Where are you seeing defense wounds? I can't see them. Are you talking about the discoloration of his hands?

Humans are not on the menu of a majority of sharks. (From off the top of my head, hammerheads and and tiger sharks will eat) We are not pleasant or familiar food to them.

As someone mentioned already, the shark took a 'taste', found it unpleasant, and then left the rest.

I personally think the guy died for some other reason and fell/got put into the sea.

And, I believe the shark didn´t want the victim to bite him first, hence taking the head.
