Dominican Republic - Man Stabbed His Wife to Death
At around 3am on 30th June 2019 in Los Charamicos (Dominican Republic), 22 year old D.O. was to death by her husband. Locals report that they had heard the woman's cries of pain. When the woman's body was found, a mob formed + beat the culprit. He had also taken an unknown substance after he killed 'D'; he's being treated at the local hospital. 'D' had been stabbed twice in her left side, once in her abdomen, twice in her back + 3 times in her left hand (defence wounds). The couple, Haitian nationals, had a 1 year old child together (who witnessed the murder).       |

An "unknown substance". Just a guess, but she is dressed like they were on a night out, so they were probably both drugged up and out of it, maybe even temporarily psychotic, leading to the murder.  |
