Dominican Republic - Huge Gunshot Wound in Young Soldier's Neck
In the early hours of 14th July 2021 in Jimaní (Dominican Republic), 21 year old E.C.d.L.R.P. was killed. 'E', who belonged to the 'B Company of the Third Battalion' of the Dominican army, was shot in his neck by his comrade. J.M.H. was arrested but he insists that the shooting was accidental.

Unfortunate events happen everyday, but I'm glad the Dominican Army is issuing live ammo to their recruits to stymie the tide of inevitable haitian refugees fleeing their absolutely senseless, stinking Shithole.
