Dominican Republic - Haitian Prostitute Found Floating in a Lagoon
On the morning of 4th August 2020 in El Seibo (Dominican Republic) 38 year old M.P.S. was found dead in a lagoon. 'M' had been gagged with a red scarf, a block was tied to one of her feet + barbed wire was wrapped round her waist with a piece of concrete attached. Some sources state that she was strangled to death, others state that she died of shock from stab wounds + skull fractures from blows to her head. 'M', a Haitian prostitute, was identified by her step-mother who stated that she had been missing for 3 days. 41 year old H.D.A. was arrested.

that's a piss poor job of trying to submerge the body while using wire to cut up the body as it gets bloated so the flesh is eaten by the wild life and the skeleton sinks into the water. The idea was there, the execution was comically bad |
