Re: Dolphin Victim of Shark Attack
this is way old happened a few years ago. This Dolphin is a local at the Tangalooma wild dolphin resort on Moreton Island in Queensland. The water around Moreton Island is also ripe with sharks, about 20km away the year before a swimmer was killed (her own fault mind you for not seeing the signs!) Anyway this Dolphin survived and was released back into his natural range with his mates |

Re: Dolphin Victim of Shark Attack
re dolphins and sharks: The enviroment in which this happened in (Moreton Bay) is ripe with sea life, turtles, fish, dugongs etc... the dolphins are lured there by the plentiful fish and prawns and by the free food from the resort and the sharks gather there becuase its where the trawlers trawl for prawns an throw their by-catch off the boats... everyone is there for a free meal.. they are going to collide sometime
