The combine posted in your last image is harvesting soybeans with what I call a "threshing head" that is used for things like soybeans, wheat, milo, etc. You can also put other "heads" on the front, such as a corn head like this:  Here's what a Case IH sugarcane combine looks like:  |

That is not a Case Harvesting Combine that is set up for Sugarcane. Is that some kind of file footage? I use a similar model of Harvester on my grain crops in Northern California. Here is a photo of a Case 8800 Sugarcane Harvester. I want you all to see how easy it is to run someone over with this Combine.

I live in farm country where that happened here 3 years ago A friend of mines elderly brother was on his way to the liquor store and decided to take a cat nap across from the liquor store in a field of high grass. It was said he was very drunk and the farmer ran him over with a bush hog, killing and dismembering him. They speculate he was passed out drunk. Betcha he woke up for a second upon impact. I don't care how drunk you are. Hell of a way to go. |

FUUUUUUUUCK... getting run over by a brush hog! You can mow over small trees with those suckers! What a shitty way to go!  For those not familiar with bush/brush hogs, they are very large mowers that us multiple spinning blades that chop up the grass/whatever. Unlike a lawnmower, which has fixed-blades that rotate as a single unit, the brush hog blades pivot freely at the end of a central pivot. That way, when they're under low-resistance, the blades point straight out like a fixed-lawnmower blade. But, if they hit something, the free-spinning blade will give, rather than snap-off, but take a little chunk of the hard thing that hit it. Given enough whacks (and whatever you ran over isn't too big for the brush hog), it'll whack whatever it's over until it's all chopped up. I've attached a pic of the underside of a brush hog. Imagine waking up under one of those running at 540rpm.  · |
