Dismembered and Tortured Body Parts Found in MPV
Mexico, On Saturday night, the remains of 3 people,(other sources mention 9) dismembered and tortured, were found left behind inside a MPV with narco-messages near Veracruz.

The narco messages reads as follows:

This is for you director of operations of the ssp aki in XALAPA
GERARDO GUZMAN This is for not respecting the agreement we had we are going for you 35Z more united than ever the race IS RESPECT

The second message transcends that it is addressed to the representative of the SSP, mentioning the following:

It should be noted that the bodies were found by citizens who passed through that place, because the back door was open.
