Dismembered Remains of Colombian Man Found in Ravine
Santander de Quilichao, Cesar Department. The man was identified as 36-year-old O.S.P., who apparently had survived an assassination attempt a few days prior. No further info at present.

I'm going to stick my head out and go out on several limbs and guess the second assassination attempt was a success. I can see that he was disarmed, and after that it must have been difficult for him to defend himself. I think he saw it coming. He knew what was afoot. Serves him right for not keeping his head down. Looks like the murder may have been streamed, too. |
