Yes it's a repost. But as far as I know, this photo has only been posted once.

It appears to depict the victim of a fatal motorcycle wreck. He/she was dismembered, apparently. While the exact location is uncertain, the scenery bears a striking resemblance to much of the Florida's Turnpike in Palm Beach County. I have kin in Broward County, and I use the Turnpike to reach them every summer (I live in Arkansas).
