Dismembered Man Found in Bin Bags
In Yuriria, Guanajuato on the morning of 1st August 2018, the dismembered body of a man was found in plastic bags. CJNG "(sic).

Why is it that all of these narcos messages in riddles. I know it’s just the translation, but I would think that they would be a bit more concise with what they are trying to say.
