Dismembered Body Left on the Tracks
Yesterday (9th September 2018) on the train tracks in San Miguel Xalostoc, the dismembered body of a man was found in bin bags. The message left with the body reads: “Esto les pasa por Robar a las Empresas Baltazar y Tizayuca” "This happens to them to Steal from Baltazar and Tizayuca Companies"
