Disabled Man Riding a Wheelchair Killed in Car Accident
18th March 2017, Khmom Provice, Cambodia - a 61 year old homeless and disabled man was killed whilst riding his, what appears to be a makeshift wheelchair in the road. The accident was a hit and run, and it is unlikely that the driver will be found.   ·  ·  ·  · |

Poor guy he was already dealt a shitty hand in life. I hope he didn't see what was coming toward him and not be able to move fast enough. Then again, I try not to be walking or anything else on the road at night.

Even though situational awareness, attentive driving, & complacency come to mind, drivers are not expecting a wheelchair occupant to be in the roadway & at night.
