Decomposed Sclera Showing Hemorrhagic Discoloration of the Whites of the Eyes
Decomposed sclera showing hemorrhagic discoloration of the whites of the eyes. This is sometimes misinterpreted as true injury. There was no more info about this case. Subconjunctival bleeding, also known as subconjunctival hemorrhage or subconjunctival haemorrhage, is bleeding from a small blood vessel over the whites of the eye. It results in a red spot in the white of the eye, and usually occurs as a result of increased blood pressure. In some cases, subconjunctival hemorrhages can appear without any identifiable cause. It may result from being choked or from a head injury, among other things. - This post is for educational purposes only and is nonprofit. you could totally buy contacts like that, as well as use fake blood that's safe to put in your eyes, such as this stuff.

Re: Decomposed Sclera Showing Hemorrhagic Discoloration of the Whites of the Eyes
I have had this happen to me in both eyes. My optometrist said it is the most dramatic looking, but least important thing, and after examining me for the first one, said I should just ignore it. He said the sclera are like cellophane, in that nothing goes through it, so if you have a little blood, it looks very dramatic, but unless it is active bleeding, it's no big deal. It never affected my vision, and I don't have high blood pressure. After a while it went away. Personally, I would like to find reptillian contacts with a vertical axes. Those would stop people in their tracks. I would wear mirror sunglasses, so when I took them off, they would be surprised. Almost as good as walking around with my wiener out. |
