A 22yo male was found dead by passers by decapitated in a forest, near the Square Christ, Brazil.

According to police four people including minors were arrested accused of committing the barbaric crime that shocked the population of the neighboring town in the northwest region of the state of Ceará.

Police believe the crime was ordered from inside prison because a drawing showing how the victim should be killed was found. The design bears the signature of CV, one of the symbols of a group of notorious criminals in Rio de Janeiro known as Command Vermelho.

The victim had served time for burglaries and robberies.

The four suspects arrested are aged 13, 17 and two 18 year olds. One of the three was a fugitive from jail. The murder is under police investigation.

I think the 'bad boy' (love the creative use of the letters as eyes..) is the killer, not the victim. Given it's written on the guy holding the head.
