Decapitated Man's Body and Head Found in Agua Dulce, Veracruz, August 2017
Happened August 2017 in Veracruz, Mexico Agua Dulce - At 5:45 PM, the municipal police received an anonymous call, who stated there was a dead person on the road leading to the old panga. When authorities arrived, they found the headless body of a male, and a few meters away his head. Authorities report there were clear signs of torture.  ·  ·  ·  · |
