The people that do these things...are they on drugs or do they just have a genuine taste for it or pleasing the boss? I mean, they really wanted that motherfucker dead (in ways I can't imagine). After a few kills do you decide to get creative to really send the message to others?

According to interviews and stuff I've read, these gangsters/cartels are not suppose to show fear or weakness or they will be considered useless to the people they work for. One of the guy said the less experienced guys usually take drugs so the killing would be more tolerable and they usually feel sick and get nightmare afterwards.
