I thought that myself but im unsure. I know alcholics get a bloated belly from to much alcohol. Bigger than a beer belly!

Yeah I was wondering that too, I'm thinking it might just be the a build up of gases and the weird angle. Pretty horrible, way to go, that soiled mattress doesn't look at all pleasant. |
What gets me, this is a completely avoidable death.
