I was at 60+ heads when I lost count in that pile. I want to know if they're sitting on a small hill or if it's completely severed heads..

Actually, the official state executions tend to be quite well done, their executioners take great pride in their work...it's the executions by the idiot extremist groups that end up botched, because, well, they're idiots...

Your point is well made. I suppose it would be like the sword executioners in Renaissance Europe. I saw a beheading sword in the Tower, it was obviously well-designed for the purpose. All the weight was at the end to allow for a powerful swing.
