The last couple of pics don't even look real in the sense of the dude's head, but the brains etc coming out of it looks real, just that fucking head looks wierd??

That last pic of the head looks off...almost like it's made of plaster or something...and shattered. The brain/etc looks legit...but the head looks like a face painted on plaster...
