Death By Pepper Spray?
This is a rare, grainy photograph of an infamous incident in Boston (2004) where college student Victoria Snelgrove was shot and killed with a pepper spray pellet by trigger-happy cops who were trying to quell unruly behavior. Happened at a Red Sox celebration. Supposedly, Snelgrove was more peaceful than those around her, and she may have been collateral damage as cops intended to target another unruly man. That's the story anyways.   |
